b3 TRAINING PROGRAM:
Beauty Bar Boutique is passionate about our legacy and building up our future stylists! Our Training Program develops new talent through in-house education and hands-on client experience to excel in what it takes to be behind the chair and truly succeed in our industry!
Options:
ASSISTANT- must be currently in or have completed Cosmetology school
APPRENTICE - must have completed at least 1200 hours of Cosmetology school OR be fully licensed with less than 1 year behind the chair as a full-time stylist
Salon assistants audition to become an Apprentice after completing the training requirements and are assigned 1-2 days a week to offer clients apprentice-level services they are learning through our curriculum. Apprentices are paired with one of our full-time stylists.
