What does this mean in the day-to-day?? That our stylists can focus solely on being fully booked, incredible artists and perform (only) the hair services they love on clients who match each other’s vision in a positive & uplifting environment. Our Salon Coordinators, assistants, and management team handle all client communication, appointment management, and business backend ensuring full stock of supplies, products + color. We believe when stylists can place all of their mental focus & energy on their artistry = limitless growth toward their individual goals!
